At Minerva Accountants we use as much tech as practical to automate the back office but we never skimp on the human connections. This is even more important when technology fails.
How many times have you been stuck trying to find your way around an automated telephone system shouting at the phone that you “want a human” (or is it just me?) Or tearing your hair out with yet another chatbot? By the way have you tried our webchat? It’s done through Melu and they’re real people with a list of FAQs which we update whenever they are stumped.
Tech is so good (and I’m currently investigating AI for the business) but we still need the human touch.
